Heat shield / Stainless

 I started making these out of 50mm x 2mm stainless pipe cut to lenght and in half.

 Then I weld a 90 degree bend on it, I use a metal file to file down the welds.

Then I cut the bends to shape and fast polishing to the shealds because these will be painted.
