Her is my summer bike comming together. Still a lot to do but getting there. Will make a set of pipes and a nice aluminium oiltank..... and some other parts for it. Also my friend promised to make some art on it and not any skulls and bones.....

So I'm test assembling the frame for mr Ink. This frame is getting a little bit more detailing than normal and some other unique features. I'm not loosing any sleep ower cutting this frame up because it was a wreck..... but here are some pics of the work in progress. Enjoy.....

1957 Panshovel

I made a "grill" where I can put the frame in for paint and filler work. Much appreciated when you work on the frame, also much better when the painter paints the frame. You can rotate and lift the frame however you want. No bad back. I did some grinding on the frame so i don't have to use so much filler or any. This tok me about 4 hours to do, still got some 4-5 hour's until its ready for ground color and filler. The less you need to use filler the better, but this takes time and there is no shortcuts......

1957 Panshovel

Got the 1957 ready for paint. Test fitted some parts and made the brackets for the seat and sear springs. And some minor welding and grinding before ground work and paint.

Shovelhead 1977 fresh build. Engine rebuilt ,new 5-speed transmission evo clutch and primary. Almost ewerything is new or rebuilt. One off pipes, oiltank, handelbars and hardtailed by me. Titeld in Finland ready for use. 15k €

The Ink masters frame

Today I have been working on the cast parts that I cut out from the frame. These parts are in quite bad shape.... so some weldind ,inserts and milling and god to go. Tomorrow I will be working with the rest of the parts. Stay tuned more to come.

Here is some pics of the frame, found some more problems with it. But it will be rebuilt and soon better as new. The frame will get some custom work done to it, so stay tuned for more details.
