Again doing some grinding for this frame..... don't like it but it has to be done.
I only use a anglegrinder for this work will post the result of this.

Welded the bars in place, with the mig. And then grinding and a lot of it.... But it looks good.

Here is how I made the skid plate for this frame. Trace the outline of the engine and transmission. Then bending in the press some cutting with acetylen torch, grinding and more grinding. I wanted some texture and something that looks ready as a cast part so I welded some metal bars on the plate. Looking forward fore some grinding.........

The ink masters frame

So I'm test assembling the frame for mr Ink. This frame is getting a little bit more detailing than normal and some other unique features. I'm not loosing any sleep ower cutting this frame up because it was a wreck..... but here are some pics of the work in progress. Enjoy.....

1957 Panshovel

Got the 1957 ready for paint. Test fitted some parts and made the brackets for the seat and sear springs. And some minor welding and grinding before ground work and paint.

Neck work

Here is a otherwise wery nice frame but the neck rake has been made wery poorly. Look at the pics and you can see the cracks in the welds...
