Me and my friends went to Croatia this year on a bike trip 2 1/2 week 4800km 10 countries. A lot of bad roads on the way but the trip was worth it when we came down to Croatia. We drove the coast line of Croatia about the best thing you can do with your pants on. Here is my bike -77 FLH 1200 Shovelhead some small mods but all in all quite original.
Here is the new hardtail on the frame. I didn´t want to make a wide bike (200-250 tyre) but a slim nice street bike for disturbance in the town.
I like to use takeoffs from newer harleys, cheap and good stuff. The axle plates are cannibalized from softail swingarms. They look good and are dirt chead.
Cut up this badly hardtailed frame, I use a 125mm small grinder with 1mm cutting disc to cut up the frame.
Got this bike ready for ASC, came out realy nice. This bike is for sale. For more information about this bike you can contact me snowflakecustoms@gmail.com
Made the seat and handlebars, the seat is an old tractor seat that I beat into a new shape. The handlebars are made to fit the bikes owner. Welded the pipes, the bikes owner will finish then,
The frame ready for paint, I will get the bike back from paint in about 6-8 weeks.I will post more pics of the bike when I get it back from paint and start the final assembly
