Frame Work 144"

 This frame was made to wide at the seat for any rider, so I made some changes to it. The frame was built in sweden for a S&S 144" engine.
Here the frame is chopped down to suit any driver.

Frankies Shovel

The metall work on this bike is ready and it is going out for paint, here are the bars for the bike and some pics of making them.
Fitting them on the bike and measuring them for the owner of the bike so that he can ride it with comfort....

Metallwork

Some basic work that I do.

Possu the bike

Got the pipes ready for the pig. These are made out of old bends and swap meet finds.
No the usual setup.........

These will not hit the road when you turn.


I had to make a tail for the pig.

Frankies Bike

I have made some progress with this bike, here are some detail pics of what I have been making on it.
Braket for the clutch cable

Frankies Bike

I got the tank shell ready, almost fitted on the bike but there is going to be some small mods to it. The battery and all other electrical components will be inside the tank also the oilbag.
The fuel line is fitted inside the engine mount, sneeky.

The fender struts are soon ready just some welding to do.
